Glen Phillips Picks The Essential Talk Talk

Glen Phillips of Toad The Wet Sprocket joins Eric to share his 10 Essential Talk Talk songs.  Talk Talk lead the synth pop movement with their 1982 debut album The Party's Over and scored a couple MTV style hits early on, but they quickly evolved beyond their beginnings to become a truly innovative and unique band under the direction of Mark Hollis. Their final album was 1991's incomparable, experimental and inspired Laughing Stock, which is considered by many to be a true masterpiece.
