Jeffrey Gaines joins Eric in conversation. We cover a lot of ground in this Part 2 of 2, picking up on his second record which was recorded and then scraped and re-recorded, very interesting story! Also lots of talk about his views on performing, how important it is to connect with a song, his views on writing, recording and what’s next, his views on crowd-funding, is there a new record coming? Really wonderful conversation with this fantastic and unique artist.

Eric brings an album to the table that has been a huge favorite of his for years: Wholesale Meats and Fish by Letters To Cleo. Join him and Craig for a track by track look at the LP including some memories of hanging out with the band during this era.
Your new pal Ian Zapczynski is back to chat with Craig about another band that they've both loved and collected for years: the German electronic outfit known as Kraftwerk. Not only will Ian and Craig dazzle you with humor, but they will cover every album from their 1970 self titled debut to 2003's Tour de France Soundtracks (and some non-LP singles for the sake of completeness and ridiculousness).
Jeffrey Gaines joins Eric in conversation. We talk about his early days discovering music through his family, what influence being from a smaller town, his ultra-cool mother and all the rock stars of the day had on him, his first steps into bands, recording and songwriting. We cover a lot of ground in this Part 1 of 2. How he was invited to replace a newly departed Lenny Kravitz in a Capital Records project, his move to Philly and eventually the steps that led up to his debut album in 1992.

Gary US Bonds joins Eric in conversation. We talk about the early days growing up in Norfolk, singing on corners and eventually ending up with LaGrand Records and recording Quarter To Three, New Orleans and some of his early hits. We talk about some of the early touring packages he was part of with such legends as Sam Cooke, BB King, Bo Diddley, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Beatles and more. How did he first connect with Bruce Springsteen in the late 70s, how did they end up in the studio and memories around some of those songs. Are there unreleased songs he recorded with Bruce from that era? Also, what was it like trying to capture his loooong career into his autobiography By US Bonds, That’s My Story and what’s next, mai tais!
